3. Due to the easy fading of dyed wood veneer, it is necessary to pay attention to the use of a release agent or fixing agent before the topcoat in the painting process, which can slow down the fading time and prevent yellowing at the top and bottom.
4. Dyed wood veneer can easily cause many problems such as dry cracking and color fading during the edge sealing process due to the production and processing of dyeing and color changing. Therefore, it is recommended to use high-quality quick drying veneer adhesive to minimize damage to the wood veneer as much as possible. When pressing and dyeing wood veneer, it is important to note that the time should not be too long and the ambient temperature should not be too high.
